You retain all rights in the information you provide and in the Blueprint generated from it. Your responses and Blueprint are stored in your browser's local storage on your own device and are not held by us. You are responsible for exporting and retaining your own copy. Clearing your browser data will permanently erase them, and we are unable to recover them.
The Service — including the course materials, the assessment methodology, the scoring framework, the underlying platform and all associated content — is and remains the intellectual property of Inception to Action or its licensors. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access and use the Service for your own internal business purposes. You may not reproduce, republish, redistribute, resell, sublicense or otherwise exploit the Service, or use it to deliver assessments to third parties, without our prior written consent.
